Minutes:  September 16, 2003 Meeting

 We made decisions on several issues at the meeting. None of these
decisions are final. After we complete our first six-week coop,
everyone will have a chance to evaluate our "trial run." We will
then improve upon our beginning accordingly. A brief synopsis of
the meeting follows:

bulletSubmit your registration form for the co-op by Friday, September 26.
bulletOur coop will meet on Tuesday mornings.
bulletWe will set exact times based on the number of classes offered.
bulletEveryone who participates must contribute.
bulletTeachers will pay their own costs for copies/supplies.
bulletEveryone will try to keep costs low.
bulletThe teacher may give students a supply list.
bulletField Trip Coordinators: Eileen S and Heidi B.
bulletPreschool Coordinators: Rebecca L and Terra C.
bulletNursery Coordinator: Johanna B.
bulletStill needed: Holiday Party Planner (may be several people).
bulletStill needed: Book Club Coordinator.
bulletWe will all clean the church building after use.
bulletAge groups may vary depending on the ages of participating children.
