Responsibilities

Facilities

We have agreed to make sure the building is clean and presentable after our use.  Each session, families will be assigned to remain after co-op and clean up one day.  Tasks may include:

bullet Emptying trashes
bulletCleaning restrooms
bulletPutting away chairs
bulletReturning tables to their original location
bulletCleaning the kitchen
bulletSweeping
bulletVacuuming
bulletPicking up trash
bulletAny other necessary task

Participation

As a cooperative, we require contributions from all members to be successful.  For most of us, that will involve teaching classes.  Responsibilities include:

bulletNursery Coordinator
bulletNursery Assistant
bulletPreschool Coordinator
bulletPreschool Assistant
bulletClass Teacher
bulletAssistant Teacher
bulletPianist
bulletBell Ringer
bulletField trip coordinator
bulletParty planner

Behavior

A few guidelines will help everyone enjoy the time spent in class at co-op.  Therefore:

bulletTreat everyone with respect.
bulletSpeak quietly.
bulletClean messes promptly.
bulletThe church offices and sanctuary are off limits.
bulletChildren should be under parental or teacher supervision at all times.
bulletWear modest clothing.
bulletCover body piercing or tattoos.
bulletUse or possession of firearms, alcohol, cigarettes, or other harmful or illegal material is not allowed.
bulletDue to the health code of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, coffee or tea are not permitted.
bulletThose who misbehave will be asked to leave class and sit with their parent.
